Risk Factors of investments in Mutual Funds

• Mutual funds like securities investments are subject to market and other risks and there can be no assurance that the objectives of any of the schemes of the Fund will be achieved.
• The NAV of units issued under the Schemes can go up or down depending on the factors and forces affecting capital markets and may also be affected by changes in the general level of interest rates.
• Past performance of the Sponsors and their affiliates / JM Financial Asset Management Ltd ( AMC)/ JMF MF and its Scheme(s) do not indicate the future performance of the Schemes of the Mutual Fund.
• The Sponsor is not responsible or liable for any loss or shortfall resulting from the operations of the Scheme(s) beyond the initial contribution of Rs. 1 lakh made by it towards setting up of the Mutual Fund.
• The liquidity of the Scheme's investments may be restricted by trading volumes settlement periods and transfer procedures. In the event of an inordinately large number of redemption requests or of a restructuring of any of the Schemes' portfolios, the time taken by the Fund for redemption of units may become significant. Investors are also requested to peruse the Risk Factors and Special Considerations. Right to Limit Redemptions in the Offer Documents of the respective schemes of the Fund.
• There is no assurance or guarantee to unit holders as to the rate of IDCW distribution nor that IDCW will be paid regularly. Investors in the Scheme are not being offered any guaranteed / assured returns. The NAV of the units issued under the scheme may be affected, inter-alia by changes in the interest rates, trading volumes, settlement periods, transfer procedures and performance of individual securities. The NAV will inter-alia be exposed to Price / Interest Rate Risk and Credit Risk.
• Investors in the schemes are not being offered a guaranteed or assured rate of return.
• As per SEBI circular each scheme and individual plan(s) under the schemes should have a minimum of 20 investors and no single investor should account for more than 25% of the corpus of such scheme/plan(s). In case of non-fulfillment with either of the above two conditions on an ongoing basis for each calendar quarter, the respective schemes/plans shall be wound up by following the guidelines prescribed by SEBI and the investor's money would be redeemed at applicable NAV.
• JM Large Cap Fund, JM Value Fund, JM Equity Hybrid Fund, JM Core 11 Fund, JM Multicap Fund, JM Low Duration Fund, JM Ultra Short Term Fund, JM Money Market Fund, JM G-Sec Fund, JM Liquid Fund, JM Dynamic Debt Fund, JM Income Fund, JM Short Term Fund, JM Tax Gain Fund and JM Arbitrage Fund are only the names of the Schemes and do not in any manner indicate either the quality of the Schemes, their future prospects and returns. Please read the respective Scheme Information Documents and Statement of Additional Information carefully before investing.

(liability restricted to their contribution of Rs. 1 lakh) with JM Financial Trustee Company Private Limited as the Trustee (Trustee under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882) and with JM Financial Asset Management Limited (“the AMC Board”) as the Investment Manager
